Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today instructed officials to make foolproof arrangements for the prestigious "Telangana Rising 2047 - Global Summit" scheduled to be held at Future City on December 8 and 9.
Reviewing the preparations at the venue, the Chief Minister inquired about the security arrangements being made for the summit in view of the visits by several important dignitaries and VIPs to the international event.
"Representatives from across the world and ambassadors of various countries will be attending the event, so no one should be allowed to enter the venue without a valid pass," he said.
Reddy directed the officials that those not connected with the summit must not be permitted entry under any circumstances. He also instructed them to prepare a department-wise list of personnel in advance.
Reddy said that he would hold regular reviews on the arrangements, and issued specific directions to the police to ensure high-end security measures. He also said that the police personnel deployed at the venue should be provided with adequate facilities to perform their duties without any difficulty.
The CM also said that the arrangements needed to be made in such a way that not a single representative faced any inconvenience during the summit.
He also inquired about the parking facilities and the special arrangements being made for media coverage at the venue.
