Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today gave some good news to the Group-1 hopefuls in Telangana, announcing that the age limit would be increased to 46 years, and also that the Group-1 examinations would be held soon.
He made this announcement in the Legislative Assembly.
He said that all the vacant posts will be filled in a stipulated period.
The CM also said that a notification would be issued for the filling of 15,000 posts in the police department in the next 15 days.
"Due to some provisions, the revival of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has been delayed. The opposition leaders are talking about 2 lakh jobs in the grief of the loss of the jobs of four people. We are not people who fill jobs by selling question papers in Xerox centres. Moreover, we are not people who sell jobs by keeping relatives in government departments. Very soon, we will take up recruitment for 15,000 posts in the police department, and the rest of the vacant posts will be filled in a stipulated period," Reddy said.
