Rayadurg Land Case: HC Issues Notice To Government

The High Court today issued notices to the Telangana government, DLF Rayadurg Developers and My Home Constructions to respond to a PIL by Congress MP Revanth Reddy.

A division bench of the High Court today issued notices to the Telangana government, DLF Rayadurg Developers, My Home Constructions Private Limited and others concerned to respond to a PIL filed by Congress MP A Revanth Reddy seeking direction to the state to resume the land of about 31.35 acres situated at Rayadurg in Serilingampally of Ranga Reddy district from DLF Rayadurg Developers.

In his petition, Reddy alleged that the ultimate beneficiary of the land in dispute was My Home Constructions belonging to the family of industrialist and close friend of the Chief Minister, Rameshwara Rao.

The case was then adjourned for four weeks by the court.
