"People Come & Go": Naidu On Revanth Reddy Exit
Reacting to the exit of Revanth Reddy, TDP president and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu said such things happened in political parties and it was nothing new.
Reacting to the exit of Revanth Reddy, TDP national president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today said that such things happened in political parties and that it was not a new phenomenon.
"Some people take decisions as per their needs, and people will come and go," he said.
Reddy, representing the Kodangal Assembly constituency in Telangana, reportedly tried to meet Naidu individually to hand over the resignation letter, but could not get the chance as the AP CM was busy holding a press conference. Reddy then handed over his resignation letter in the CMO. But the CMO sources said that Reddy was asked to wait and meet Naidu after the press conference, but that the latter had left after handing over his resignation letter to the CM's PA.
Sources said that Chandrababu Naidu did not give a chance to Revanth Reddy to speak. Telangana TDP leaders reached Amaravathi in the morning to discuss with the party president the Revanth Reddy issue, but the latter arrived along with Vem Narender Reddy only in the noon.
