Telangana CM Revanth Reddy suggested that any senior officials who found it difficult to work with the new State government quit from their duties.
Hyderabad | 24th December 2023
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today suggested that any senior officials who found it difficult to work with the new State government quit from their duties.

The CM made these remarks during the Collectors' and SPs' meeting held at the Secretariat.

He said that the Congress government was very open-minded and took suggestions given by officials. At the same time, every officer needed to work according to the instructions of the government. He also said that he would be strict in terms of getting work done. If anyone had any problems with that, they could leave immediately, Reddy said.

He also said that the police were given full freedom to take action against illegal actors.

"Strict action should be taken against land grabbers. Land grabbing should not be heard of anywhere in Telangana," he said.

He also asked the police to keep an eye on the management of BookMyShow and Sunburn, and find out the facts.

The CM also directed the officials to take stringent action against those who were involved in the supply of spurious seeds and of ganja.
