Prabhu Deva Appears Before CBI Court At Nampally

The actor-director had purchased land from an IT officer accused of owning illegal assets in the Medak district, and attended the court as a witness.

Tamil actor Prabhu Deva today appeared before the Nampally CBI Court.

Prabhu Deva attended the court at 10:30 am in connection with a land purchase case in the Medak district.

According to the prosecution, the police had arrested Income Tax officer Hariprasad in an illegal assets case, and his case was on trial in the CBI Court. During the investigation, it was revealed that Prabhu Deva had purchased land from Hariprasad in the district. Prabhu Deva attended the court as a witness.

Prabhu Deva informed the court that he had purchased the land from Hariprasad through his manager, and claimed that he didn't know anything more than that. He was in the court for 20 minutes, and then left the place without speaking to the media.
