Ponnam Prabhakar Opposes CM's Karimnagar Tour

Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar on Thursday warned Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy against conducting his proposed tour of Karimangar district.

Speaking to reporters, Ponnam said that the Chief Minister has no moral right to tour any of the Telangana districts, and that the people of Karimnangar would strongly oppose his visit. He said that through his actions, Kiran Kumar Reddy has proved that he is the "Chief Minister of Seemandhra".

Ponnam said that the Chief Minister has openly defied the orders of the Congress High Command, and opined that stern action should be taken against him. (INN)
