PM Lays Foundation Stones For Development Projects In Sangareddy
Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stones for and dedicated to the nation multiple development projects worth Rs 6,800 crore in Sangareddy of Telangana.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today laid the foundation stones for and dedicated to the nation multiple development projects worth over Rs 6,800 crore in Sangareddy.
The projects encompass key sectors including road, rail, petroleum, aviation and natural gas.
Addressing the gathering, the PM said that today marked the second day of his visit to the State, and that it was clear that assisting the development of Telangana was important for the Centre. He said that just yesterday he had laid the foundation stones for and dedicated to the nation multiple development projects worth Rs 56,000 crore in Adilabad.
"I believe in the mantra of rashtra vikas through vikas of the States, and the Union government is working to serve Telangana with the same spirit," the Prime Minister said.
The Prime Minister also termed the inauguration of the Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) centre in Hyderabad at the Begumpet airport, a major gift for Telangana in the aviation sector. This centre was the first of its kind and would give a research and development platform to the aviation startups in the country, and new recognition to Telangana in the field, he claimed.
Modi mentioned the allocation of Rs 11 lakh crore in this year's Budget to infrastructure, and said that he wanted to provide the maximum possible benefits of that to Telangana.
"Telangana is known as the gateway to South India," he said, and highlighted his government's efforts to improve rail connectivity and services in the State with the electrification and doubling of rail lines taking place at a fast pace.
The PM also inaugurated the Indian Oil Paradip-Hyderabad product pipeline today which will carry petroleum products in a cheaper and environmentally sustainable way. He said that that would give a push for Viksit Bharat through Viksit Telangana.
Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy were also present on the occasion.
