An overspeeding car going towards Gachibowli from Pedda Amberpet on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) created havoc at Pedda Golconda after its driver lost control of the vehicle.
It hit a tractor which was watering plants, at a very high speed.
A passenger of the car lost his life in the incident and two others were seriously injured.
The injured were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The Shamshabad Rural police reached the spot and launched an investigation.
