Don't Obstruct Odarpu In T: Gone
The Congress leader asked Telangana leaders whether they would allow the PM to travel in Telangana, when he has been opposed to the formation of smaller states.
Reacting on PCC vice-president Indrasena Reddy's statement that he would not allow Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to tour in the Telangana region, former RTC chairman and senior Congress leader Gone Prakash Rao, on Friday, wondered what benefit the Telangana leaders would get by stopping the yatra.
Talking to media persons at the CLP office, he posed a question to Telangana leaders whether they would allow the PM to travel in Telangana, when he has been opposed to the formation of smaller states as they pose a security threat to the nation.
Dismissing the allegations made by Nellore MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy against Congress leaders, Prakash Rao stated the people of the State are well aware of his changing stances.
Prakash Rao said the party defector has no moral right to talk about loyal Congress leaders, and asked him to stop his campaign.
"The people of the State know his history and how he has looted the state. No one can believe his malicious campaign against Congress leaders," the senior leader stated.
