Return Chopper To OMC: CBI Court

The CBI special court on Tuesday ordered the CBI to return a helicopter seized from Obulapuram Mining Company.

The CBI had seized the company helicopter in the illegal mining case, after the arrest of former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy and others.

The court has now asked the CBI to return the helicopter. It also asked the company not to make any alterations to the helicopter, and instructed it to surrender the chopper whenever it is asked for. (INN)
