The land-grabbing case against Huzurabad MLA and BJP leader Eatala Rajender has returned to haunt him.
In a fresh development, officials of the revenue department of the state have issued notices to Rajender's his wife Eatala Jamuna and son Nitin Reddy.
They asked the duo to take part in a survey being done by them in Survey Number 97 of Hakimpet of Medak district on November 18, 2021.
The notices were sent by the Toopran RDO.
Separately, the Deputy Inspector of Surveys also issued notices to Jamuna Hatcheries owned by Eatala Jamuna.
The representatives of the firm were asked to appear before the department on November 16.
The notices were issued to Rajender's family following allegations that his family members had encroached upon on assigned lands in Achampeta and Hakimpet villages.
Although the notices were issued to the family in June this year, the investigation was adjourned due to the spread of Covid.
