TRS leader and Chevella MP Konda Vishveshwar Reddy today stoutly condemned reports in the social media that he was contemplating leaving the TRS.
He claimed that there was not even an iota of truth in the messages doing the rounds of the social networks, and that the rumours were being spread by Congress working president A Revanth Reddy, who had launched a vilification campaign against him.
"There is a news report in the media that I am planning to leave the TRS. I did not make any such statement. I was misquoted," he said.
Revanth Reddy had started the mischievous rumours that Sitaram Naik and he were contemplating leaving the TRS and joining the Congress, Vishveshwar Reddy claimed, and asked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to stop the rumours from spreading.
Naik also condemned the reports that he was leaving the TRS, and also accused Revanth Reddy of being behind them.
