Non-Agriculture Properties' Registration From November 25?
Telangana CM KCR instructed the officials concerned to start the registrations of non-agriculture properties once the stay order was vacated by the High Court.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today instructed the officials concerned to start the process of registration of non-agriculture properties once the stay order was vacated by the Telangana High Court.
He also said that the government had already given an explanation on the issues raised by the apex court of the state.
"Since the case comes up for hearing on November 23 (tomorrow), the state administration should be ready to start the registration process from November 25," the CM said.
"The officials have already fixed the prices of properties in villages, towns and urban areas in the state, and nobody has any discretionary powers to change them," KCR reiterated.
The state government had earlier decided to launch the registration process of the non-agriculture properties from November 23. KCR had even asked the Chief Secretary to formally launch the registration process, and arrangements had been made by the authorities concerned to launch the registration services from the Chikkadapally Sub-Registrar's Office.
