Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will launch the Dharani portal on Dassara.
Since people regard Vijayadasami as an auspicious day to start new programs and activities, the CM will launch the game-changing portal on the festival day.
To this end, the CM instructed the officials concerned to complete all the works related to the portal by Vijayadasami, asking them to ensure that the software, hardware and bandwidth needed were all ready by that day.
He also said that the Tahsildars, Deputy Tahsildars and Sub-Registrars should be given the required training on the changed registration procedure, completing the mutations quickly and updating all the details online on the portal. He instructed the officials to appoint one computer operator each in every mandal and at every sub-registrar's office to help with operating the portal. Document writers of the Sub-Registrar offices would be trained, and licenses given to them, he added.
KCR also announced that the registration rates would be fixed Survey Number-wise all over the state, and that registrations would be done as per these fixed rates.
He asked the officials to enter the data of all properties on to Dharani before Dassara. Changes and alterations could be done regularly later, he added.
No registration or any other related revenue activities would be allowed before DHarani was launched, the CM clarified.
