Peddapalli MP Dr. G Vivek on Saturday demanded that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy be arrested under the PD Act.
Speaking to media persons at Warangal, Dr. Vivek said that not only did the CM cheat the people, but he also used several means to sabotage the formation of Telangana.
He said that Reddy should not be allowed to continue his activities that are aimed at disrupting the formation of Telangana, and that he should be arrested under the PD Act.
He also slammed TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy for trying to stall the process of Telangana formation.
Dr. Vivek also condemned the granting of permission to the YSRCP for conducting a Samiakyandhra meeting in Hyderabad
Demanding that the state government cancel the permission immediately, he asked Jagan to clarify why he was organising a meeting against Telangana in the state capital.
The Peddapalli MP also demanded that the state government provide assistance to the families of the farmers who committed suicide. (INN)
