Konda Vishweshwar Reddy's Staffer Arrested with Cash
The Hyderabad police have arrested a person named Konda Sandeep Reddy and seized Rs 10 lakh from his possession, as also some documents.

The Hyderabad police have arrested a person by name Konda Sandeep Reddy and seized Rs 10 lakh in cash from his possession, as also a laptop and some documents.
Reddy is reportedly an employee in the company of Congress candidate for the Chevella Lok Sabha set Konda Vishweshwar Reddy.
According to the police, the documents allegedly had the details of the receivers of the money in some code, as also the details of liquor distributed in each Assembly segment of the constituency.
Sandeep Reddy also wrote that Rs 15 crore had been spent so far for the campaign.
The police is now in the process of decoding the, um, code.
The income tax department has also quizzed Sandeep Reddy over the issue. He has been asked to appear before it again if required.
Vishweswar Reddy said that the ruling TRS Party Leaders were making baseless allegations against him with an intention to malign his image in the state.
However, Visweshwar Reddy refuted the allegations that Sandeep Reddy was linked to him, and lodged a complaint with the Election Commission on the issue saying that a vicious campaign had been launched against him.
Speaking to mediapersons later, he said that the allegations were being made by his rivals as they were scared that he would win the Chevella seat.
He alleged that his rivals had bought the grassroot cadre workers to do the maligning.
AICC Secretary Dasoju Sravan Kumar who accompanied Vishweswar Reddy during the visit to the CEO's office said that the TRS had launched the maligning campaign as it was likely to lose the Chevella seat. He said that they were ready to rub their noses on the floor if their rivals proved that the Rs 10 lakh seized belonged to Vishweshwar Reddy.
