TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today reiterated that he would influence national politics and play a key role at the national level.
In a speech peppered liberally with hyperbole, KCR announced that he would use all the power, resources and intellect at this disposal until his last drop of blood to set things right at the national level.
The CM was addressing a public meeting with minister Harish Rao after dedicating the Mallanna Sagar reservoir.
In his typical fiery vein, KCR accused the Centre of supporting communal conflicts and hatred among religions, pointing out to the hijab protests in Karnataka. He also said that the BJP was destroying the nation with its false policies, and vowed to develop the nation in all sectors by playing a role at the national level hereon and scaling the schemes and projects for development that helped Telangana rise fast over the past few years.
"Bengaluru is the Silicon Valley of India and Hyderabad occupies second position with Rs 1.5 lakh crore in software exports. 580 flights land at our Shamshabad airport. Our land values have continuously increased with an acre selling for at least for Rs 20 lakh now. Our farmers are getting richer due to our development programs and our progressive policies. Our per capita income is way more than that of the nation. And all this without any support from the Centre, which actually comes in the way. This is the Telangana story. And this is how things will be all over India once we uproot the BJP," the Chief Minister said.
