KCR, Guv, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Launch Yadadri Works
Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao laid the foundation stones for various developmental works at the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadagiri Gutta.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday laid the foundation stones for various developmental works at the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadadri (Yadagiri Gutta) near the Bhongir town in the Nalgonda district in the presence of Governor E S L Narsimhan, China Jeeyar Swamy and some ministers.
It may be mentioned here that the KCR government has been planning to remodel the Yadadri temple on par with that of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala in the Chittoor district.
On the occasion, Governor E S L Narsimhan, his wife Vimala Narsimhan, China Jeeyar Swamy, ministers Indrakaran Reddy and Jagadish Reddy, MP Boora Narsaiah Goud and others had a darshan of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy and performed special pujas.
Upon the arrival of the dignitaries at the temple, the priests received them with Poornakumbham. The Chief Minister unveiled the plaque of "Vimana Gopuram".
The CM unveiled another plaque at Thulasi Kota at the foot of the hill shrine.
Later, the Chief Minister conducted a review meeting with the Temple Development Authority, forest and revenue officials. In the meeting, the CM enquired with the officials about land acquisition and other related subjects.
He asked the temple committee to take immediate steps to develop the temple as planned.
KCR also asked them to complete the works expeditiously.
The officials made a presentation in Sangeet Bhavan on the development of the hill shrine. The Chief Minister then left. (NSS)
