Rayalaseema Rights Forum president T G Venkatesh, on Friday, warned Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao of serious consequences if the reports of him blackmailing industrialists were true.
Referring to the Conference Of Industrialists held at a star hotel on September 22nd, which KCR attended, Venkatesh alleged that the TRS chief was resorting to blackmailing tactics and extorting money from industrialists.
TG alleged that KCR was threatening industrialists with dire consequences if they did not extend support to the Telangana statehood agitation.
TG appealed to the state government to initiate action against KCR for threatening the industrialists with dire consequences.
The Forum president also criticized the Telangana Lawyers JAC for demanding removal of the Law Secretary because he belonged to Rayalaseema.
"If the government bows to the demands of Telangana leaders, they will ask for the shifting of the Lord Venkateswara hill shrine in Tirupati to Hyderabad," TG stated.
