Former MLA and TPCC working president Jagga Reddy today criticized his own party leaders for not acting responsibly.
During a media interaction, Reddy expressed frustration with AICC Secretary P C Vishnunadh and AICC Telangana in-charge Deepa Dasmunsi, accusing them of making unilateral decisions without consulting senior party members on important matters.
Reddy sarcastically asked if Vishnunadh had relocated to another State, alluding to the leader's reported prolonged absence from his designated region of work. Vishnunadh had earlier committed to oversee the party affairs in Medak district.
Reddy also raised concerns about whether Dasmunsi was still actively engaged in Telangana's party affairs or had shifted her focus to another State.
The TPCC working president also said that the ruling party's leaders now bore a greater responsibility for addressing public issues, but were largely absent from the public domain.
Reddy's comments about the leaders have reportedly sparked significant dialogue within the party, raising questions about whether his criticism reflected his personal views or a broader sense of dissatisfaction among party members.
