Former minister J C Diwakar Reddy, on Sunday, slammed Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha for his remarks against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.

Talking to reporters at Lakireddypalli, in Kadapa, Diwakar Reddy said, "If Kiran Kumar Reddy was made the Chief Minister through a sealed cover, then through which cover did Rajanarasimha get the Deputy CM's post? Rajanarasimha's remarks are very derogatory and are also against the interest of the Congress party."

He said that all the leaders should work as per the orders passed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi. (INN)
