High Court Reserves Verdict In Narasimha Reddy Commission Case
The Telangana High Court has reserved its verdict in a case filed by former CM K Chandrashekar Rao urging it to dissolve the Justice Narasimha Reddy Commission.
The Telangana High Court has reserved its verdict in a case filed by former CM and BRS party chief K Chandrashekar Rao urging it to dissolve the Justice Narasimha Reddy Commission.
The arguments in the case have ended. The Advocate General of the State Sudarshan Reddy presented the arguments of the government regarding the case. He said that the petition filed by KCR did not need to be inquired into. He also said the commission of inquiry set up by the government did not go anywhere into political disputes, and that the Commission Chairman Justice L Narasimha Reddy did not act with bias.
Referring to the press conference held by Justice Narasimha Reddy, he said that in the press conference the Justice did not discuss any controversial issues.
After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court closed the trial and reserved its verdict.
