HC Dismisses Molestation Case Against Ravela Susheel

The Hyderabad High Court today dismissed the molestation case against Andhra Pradesh minister Ravela Kishore Babu's son Susheel due to lack of evidence.

The Hyderabad High Court today dismissed the molestation case against Andhra Pradesh minister Ravela Kishore Babu's son Susheel due to lack of evidence.

The woman who had initially filed a case against the minister's son alleging that she was assaulted by him, submitted an affidavit in the High Court that she didn't recognize Susheel.

It may be recalled that Susheel was booked under Section 354 of the IPC and the Nirbhaya Act for harassing a private school teacher and for trying to drag her into his car.

Both Susheel and his driver Ramesh were lodged in the Chanchalguda jail for some days, and came out on bail later.
