Alleging that Telangana and AP Governor E S L Narsimhan was behaving like a "rubber stamp", CPI leader K Narayana demanded a comprehensive inquiry into the roles of N Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrashekar Rao in the alleged note-for-vote and phone-tapping issues respectively.
Speaking to the media at Maqdoom Bhavan Monday, Narayana also alleged that the Speaker had remained a "dummy" during Dr Y S Rajashekhara Reddy's regime, and the same was happening now in both Telangana and AP. (NSS)
