CPI Concurs With KTR's Statement On AP's Roads

CPI national secretary K Narayana visited the AP - Tamil Nadu border road and took some pictures to show the quality of the roads.
Hyderabad | 30th April 2022
CPI national secretary K Narayana today concurred with the comments yesterday of Telangana Industries Minister K T Rama Rao on the "poor status" of roads, and of water and electricity supply in Andhra Pradesh.

Narayana visited the AP - Tamil Nadu border road and took some pictures to show the quality of the roads.

He also shot a video to highlight the claims of KTR and prove them true.

Speaking on the occasion, the CPI leader said that he completely agreed with the statement of the Telangana minister, and that the roads of AP were full of potholes, while those of Telangana were in excellent condition.

He also said that the roads that led to his native place Ayanambakam were in especially bad condition.

The comments of KTR that the roads in the AP were very bad opened a Pandora's box in two Telugu-speaking States.

While the ministers of AP criticised the comments of KTR, the TRS leaders supported them.

However, KTR responded today to the volley of comments against him and tweeted that there was no bad intention behind his statement, and that he hoped that AP would witness more development in Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's rule.
