The ACB court, on Friday, extended the judicial remand of suspended judge K Pattabhirama Rao, his son Ravi Chandra, and retired judge Chalapati Rao, till 27 July, in the cash-for-bail scam involving Gali.
ACB sleuths produced the 3 accused persons in the ACB court, following the expiry of their judicial remand on Friday.
Earlier, the ACB counsel had appealed to the court to extend the remand of the accused persons since investigations into the case were on.
After hearing the petition of the ACB counsel, the ACB judge, Jagannadham, extended the remand of all the three accused persons till 27 July. Following the court's orders, the ACB officials shifted the accused to the Cherlapally Central Jail. (INN)
