TDP Leader Asks Speaker For Clarification On T-Bill

Intervening during the debate on the Telangana Bill, Gajapathi Raju said that there is no clarity on what should be done with the Bill.

TDP deputy floor leader P Ashok Gajapathi Raju on Friday asked speaker Nadendla Manohar to give a clarification on the future of the State Reorganisation Bill, 2013.

Intervening during the debate on the Telangana Bill, Gajapathi Raju said that there is no clarity on what should be done with the Bill.

He said that the disruption of proceedings in the House has sent a wrong message to the people.

Therefore, the Telugu Desam Party was ready to debate the Bill, he stated.

He added that every clause of the Bill could be put to voting.

Therefore, he requested the Speaker to specify as to how the Assembly should proceed on the Telangana Bill. (INN)
