Free Civil Services Coaching To Muslims In State
Muslim civil services aspirants selected through a test will get to study at the coaching institutes of their choice at government expense.

Telangana Muslims and other people of its minority communities who intend to appear for the UPSC civil services examinations can get free coaching, according to A K Khan, Advisor to the Government of Telangana on Minorities Welfare, and President of the TMREIS.
Khan said that the Telangana Minorities Study Circle under the Minorities Welfare Department, Government of Telangana, was implementing a unique scheme titled "Sponsoring 100 minority candidates to private reputed coaching centres for All India Services examinations coaching".
Under this scheme 100 civil services aspirants will be selected through a screening test to be conducted across Telangana, and the selected candidates will get to study at the coaching institutes of their choice (selected from certain empaneled institutions) at government expense.
The entire fee will be paid by the government, and stipends will also be paid to the candidates.
All desirous candidates need to appear for the entrance test, and the selections will be based on merit. The annual income of the parents/guardians of the applicants should not exceed Rs 2 lakhs.
Members of the minority communities with any general/professional degree and belonging to Telangana can apply, on www.tmreis.telangana.gov.in. The last date for the receipt of applications is 15th October. The entrance test for coaching for the preliminary exams will be conducted on 23rd October, between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm, at the Telangana Minorities Residential Schools located in the headquarters of the 31 districts.
