Former MLA and former TSRTC Chairman Gone Prakash Rao, a Congress leader, today made highly insulting comments against Adilabad district Collector Sikta Patnaik.
Speaking to the media, Rao used some highly inappropriate words against the Collector, and said that he would show his might to her.
He found fault with the Collector inquiring about his bio-data and gathering details about him from a journalist.
Stating that 22 public representatives of the ruling TRS including 10 MLAs, four ZP chairpersons and an MLC were present in the Collector's chamber recently, he asked what so many ruling party leaders were doing in the Collector's chamber, and that he had sought CC footage. He said that if he did not receive the footage soon, he would "wet the saree" of the Collector.
Commenting on Congress leader Chalmeda Lakshmi Narasimha Rao joining the TRS, he claimed that Rao was being made a fool of by the TRS leaders. He claimed that Rao was allowed to join the TRS only since he would spend money if elections were held for the Vemulawada Assembly constituency. He said that it was wrong on the part of Rao to criticize the Congress.
He also said that he would go to the people through the platform of the Telangana democratic debate forum against the "atrocities" being committed by the state government. He also alleged that the TRS was extending support to its ostensible rival the BJP on all issues.
