Fans Blame Liquor Addiction On Mahesh Babu

T Satish Kumar and B Amru Naik, fans of the Tollywood star, have approached the SHRC claiming that this ad had led to their getting addicted to alcohol.

A case has been filed with the State Human Rights Commission against film star Mahesh Babu for having appearing in a liquor brand promotional film.

T Satish Kumar and B Amru Naik, fans of the Tollywood star hailing from Nalgonda, have approached the SHRC expressing objection to the hero appearing in the ad film of a liquor brand, and claiming that this ad had led to their getting addicted to alcohol.

Reacting to the complaint, SHRC has directed the DGP to file a detailed report by 5 June on the issue. (INN)
