EC Seeks Audio, Video Tapes Of Revanth Reddy Case

The Election Commission filed a memo in the ACB Court seeking the allegedly incriminating audio and video tapes in the Revanth Reddy note-for-vote case.
Hyderabad | 25th June 2015
The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Thursday filed a memo in the ACB Court seeking the allegedly incriminating audio and video tapes in the Revanth Reddy note-for-vote case.

Responding to the EC appeal, the ACB informed the EC through the court that it had already submitted the audio and video tapes to the court, and made it clear that it was not possible to give a copy, and that it could give only a Court-certified copy. The EC official examined the certified copies, and may take them along. (NSS)
