Deputy Director Of Town Planning Caught By Anti-Corruption Bureau

This afternoon, Jagan Mohan, Deputy Director of Town & Country Planning, was caught by the ACB City Range Unit-1 at his office chamber when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 50,000 from a complainant named V Jithender Reddy, of L B Nagar, to issue a building construction permission.

The bribe amount was recovered from Mohan's possession.

The chemical test to verify if the money indeed came from the complainant was positive.

Mohan was arrested and produced before the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, at Nampally.
