The Hyderabad-based MPMLA court today asked the Mahbubnagar police to submit the details of the status of the criminal case it had ordered filed against State tourism minister V Srinivas Goud for tampering his election affidavit.
The petitioner in the case Raghavendra Raju told the court that the police had not yet booked the case against the minister and nine others even after its orders.
Responding to that, the court asked the police to submit a status report in the issue.
It asked the police that the details should contain whether the criminal case was filed against the accused.
It told the police that if they failed to file the case, it would be construed as a violation of the court's orders.
