The CBI special court on Monday rejected YSR Congress Party president Jagan Mohan Reddy's petition seeking relaxation in his bail conditions in the Disproportionate Assets case.
After the hearing arguments from both sides, Jagan's lawyers and the CBI's counsels, the court rejected the petition.
It may be mentioned that here Jagan had approached the court, seeking relaxations in conditions that restricted his movement outside Hyderabad. However, the CBI opposed the petition, fearing that Jagan might influence the case if allowed to move freely across the country. (INN)
