The leaders of the Congress party strongly condemned Pawan Kalyan's remarks during the launch of his
political party Jana Sena.
While Congress leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka described the actor as a "baby crow", Mohammad Ali Shabbir alleged that Pawan Kalwan was mentally unstable.
Vikramarka said that the Congress party had seen several people like Pawan who had criticised the Congress party only to gain mileage.
"Pawan should stop day-dreaming and face reality," he said.
Telangana Congress Committee's working president Uttam Kumar said that Pawan Kalyan was a "kid" who had delivered film dialogues during his party's launch.
Not to be left behind, Shabbir Ali alleged that Pawan Kalyan had an illicit relationship with a woman and had married her only when her father approached him.
However, he had divorced her later.
Describing him as a "joker" and a "bacha" (child), Ali said that Pawan lacked mental stability.
Meanwhile, Congress MPs Ponnam Prabhkar and S Rajaiah intensified their attacks on Pawan and warned Pawan that they will rip his skin off if he continues to make such remarks.
They said that a person who had failed to have a good family life could do nothing good for the public.
The Congress party activists burnt effigies of Pawan Kalyan in Visakhapatnam and other places in the state. (INN)
