Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has been called to New Delhi, by the Congress High Command, on November 8.
The CM will be in Delhi on Friday, a day after the Group of Ministers on Telangana will meet for the third time.
His visit will be of high political significance, as the GoM is likely to give a nod to several issues related to the process of formation of Telangana state.
Further, the Centre might seek his views on the all-party meeting to be held on November 12 and 13 in the national capital.
However, sources say that the CM has been summoned in view of his recent statements opposing the Centre's decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh.
It is possible that he may be convinced by the Central leadership, to support the Centre's move in dividing the state to carve out a separate Telangana state. (INN)
