CM Asks MLAs To Avoid Making Provocative Statements

The CM said that members shouldn't disturb each other during the debate and should keep in mind that they are discussing a "delicate and sensitive" issue.
Hyderabad | 9th January 2014
Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday appealed to the legislators to avoid making provocative remarks while participating in the debate on the Telangana Bill.

Intervening in the debate in the State Legislative Assembly, the CM said that legislators should speak in a convincing manner.

He said that their content and argument should convince the people of other regions too.

He added that the members shouldn't disturb each other during the debate and should keep in mind that they are discussing a "delicate and sensitive" issue.

"We should act as per the conventions of the House and Constitution of India. 9 crore Telugu people are keenly observing how the legislators are behaving in the House at this crucial time," he said. (INN)
