Shobha Nagi Reddy said that the CM needs to be clear as to whether he opposes or supports the formation of a separate state.

The YSR Congress Party has demanded that all members opposing the state division join them in the fight for insisting a voting procedure on the clauses of the draft bill.
Also, they reiterated their demand for a resolution in the Assembly to keep the state united.
"TDP leaders of Seemandhra region who insisted on Samaikyandhra and protested in the House, and in the BAC meetings suddenly fell silent. However, our stand is only to keep the state united, unlike N Chandrababu Naidu who has been exhibiting his double standards," party deputy floor leader Shobha Nagi Reddy told reporters here on Saturday.
"We have opposed all the clauses of the Bill, and we appeal to Congress and TDP leaders of Seemandhra to join us in keeping the state united as forcing the CWC decision on the people of the state who are against the division is not fair", she said.
"It is high time Kiran Kumar Reddy and N Chandrababu Naidu tell the House openly as to whether they stand for a united state or not. The TDP's leader unleashing his MLAs to bat for their respective regional affiliations reflects that the party lacks a policy or a stand which cannot be accepted as this issue concerns the entire population of the state," she said.
She further added that the CM, who has been maintaining that he will speak out when the time comes "has lost relevance" as the Bill has arrived in the Assembly and is being debated.
Shobha Nagi Reddy said that the CM needs to be clear as to whether he opposes or supports the formation of a separate state.
Instead, the two leaders are "targeting" YSRCP which has been unambiguously in favour of the united State, she pointed out.
Shobha Nagi Reddy said that while YSRCP Honorary President Y S Vijayamma has been protesting and seeking an assurance from the leader of the House that there would be voting to the Bill, members from Telangana region have protested.
"But, no one from Seemandhra had supported her demand. This shows the nexus of Congress and TDP in passing the division Bill which is against the spirit of democracy as it has no consent of the Assembly," she stated. (INN)
