TDP president Chandrababu Naidu today welcomed the decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to repeal the three controversial farm laws brought by the NDA government, in the upcoming Parliament session.

He said that the PM had taken a good decision after taking into consideration the protest programs of the farmers of the country.

Naidu also praised the statement of the PM that the Centre would focus on welfare programs for the farmers.

He then pointed out that the farmers of the capital city of the state, Amaravathi, too had been on a protest program for the last 700 days for the protection of the capital, and said that the state government should withdraw its controversial decision to establish three capitals for Andhra Pradesh.

He said that the development of Amaravathi would ensure the availability of abundant funds for the development of all the 13 districts of the state.
