The party alleged the AP CM was deceiving the people by still saying that AP would get special status when the Centre had clearly stated it would not.
Hyderabad | 2nd August 2015
CPM politburo member B V Raghavulu today alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was deceiving the people by still saying that the state would get special status when the Centre had clearly stated that special status would not be accorded to any state.

Addressing at a function organized in memory of AIDWA senior leader Laxmamma in Kurnool, the CPM leader asked Naidu to mount pressure on the Centre in cooperation with the Opposition parties.

The CPM would soon launch an agitation for the development of AP, he said.
