BRS Stands For KCR's Family Vikas, Alleges BJP's K Laxman

BJP Rajya Sabha member K Laxman today said the BRS stood for the vikas of CM K Chandrashekar Rao and his family members, and that the Congress likewise stood for the vikas of Rahul Gandhi and his family, unlike the BJP, which stood for Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas.

He alleged that those who worked in the BRS and the Congress were slaves of the two families that headed those parties.

He also alleged that the BRS was not implementing its promises made in the campaigns for the previous elections, and was enacting "dramas" now about needing Election Commission permission to implement them.

Laxman claimed as an example that not a single ration card had been issued by the BRS government so far, and that the ruling party was now promising to give them after winning in the upcoming elections.

He also alleged that the Congress was acting similarly in once again trying to fool the people by promising declarations and guarantees that it would not deliver on, pointing out that there had been no reduction in gas cylinder prices in all the Congress-ruled States. He said that the DNAs of the Congress and the BRS were the same - make promises to win elections and forget them later.

He also claimed that both the parties were vying for minority votes, and insulting Hindus to do that. He said that both the Congress and the MIM were the same, and that the MIM was with the Congress in the past.

He said that contrary to those of the BRS and the Congress, the BJP's manifesto was not drafted targeting votes, and that the party did not make promises it could not keep.
