Station Ghanpur MLA Thatikonda Rajaiah, of the BRS, has extended support to MLC and former deputy chief minister Kadiyam Srihari who will be contesting to be the MLA for the same constituency on behalf of the ruling party in the upcoming Assembly elections.
After meeting with minister and BRS working president K T Rama Rao at Pragathi Bhavan today, Rajaiah, who was denied the party ticket for the Station Ghanpur Assembly constituency which was instead offered to Kadiyam Srihari, said that he would fully support Srihari's campaign.
On the occasion, KTR also promised the MLA that the party would stand by his future and offer him a suitable position in the days to come.
Srihari also thanked Rajaiah for extending his support, and exuded confidence that the pink flag would be hoisted again in the constituency after the Assembly elections.
BRS MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and other senior leaders were present during the meeting.
