BRS Leaders Resign From Nominated Posts

Several BRS leaders who were holding the positions of chairmen of different corporations and other responsibilities in the State government, on Monday sent letters of resignation to Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, a day after the party lost power.

They extended thanks to K Chandrashekar Rao for giving them an opportunity to serve the people through the government, and happiness at being able to take part in the reconstruction of the State.

They said that they would work to strengthen the BRS in the days to come as per the directions of its president K Chandrashekar Rao and working president K T Rama Rao.

The leaders who resigned including Dudhi Metla Balaraj Yadav, Ravinder Singh, Vasudeva Reddy, Manne Krishank, Gellu Srinivas Yadav, Palle Ravikumar Goud, Patimeeda Jagan Mohan Rao, Anil Kurmachalam, Gajjela Nagesh, Mede Rajeev Sagar, Anjaneyulu Goud, Satish Reddy, Ramachandra Naik, Guduri Praveen and Valya Naik.
