Former minister J C Diwakar Reddy on Thursday said that he wants to "remain with the Congress party".
Speaking to media persons in the Assembly premises here, Diwakar Reddy said that he is yet to receive a notice of his expulsion from the Congress party and that he would reply to it.
Further, he said that 2 generations of his family were associated with the Congress party and that he had no intentions to quit the party.
However, he alleged that PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana is forcing his exit from the Congress party.
Diwakar Reddy also challenged Botsa to contest the next elections from Tadipatri. (INN)
