The BJP asked the Telangana CM why he had released a GO prohibiting the CBI from investigations in the State without taking permission of the State government.
BJP national vice-president D K Aruna today asked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao why he was afraid of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) if he did not commit any crime.
Talking to the media on Sunday in the wake of the announcement by the AAG in the High Court about the release of GO No 51 withdrawing the general consent given to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the State, the BJP leader asked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao why he had released the GO that prohibited the CBI from investigations in the State without taking permission of the State government.
Also pointing out that the GO had been released two months ago, she asked the Chief Minister why he had kept the GO as a secret.
"However, wherever you hide, we will bring you out of the hole," she warned the CM.
