The Bharatiya Janata Party, on Thursday, announced separate units for Telangana and for the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh.

The Bharatiya Janata Party, on Thursday, announced separate units for Telangana and for the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh.

BJP national president Rajnath Singh has appointed K Hari Babu as the president of the Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra) unit of the BJP, while G Kishan Reddy will be the president for the new state of Telangana.

Somu Veeraju has been appointed as the convener of the Election Management Committee of Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra). (INN)
