BJP senior leader and former minister Nagam Janardhan Reddy on Wednesday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was functioning like a monarch without listening to anyone.
Speaking to media persons, Nagam said that former Deputy CM Dr T Rajaiah's dismissal from the cabinet had shown that KCR could go to any extent to satisfy his ego.
He said that no minister or official in KCR's cabinet was safe, and that anyone could lose his/her post if they hurt KCR's ego.
He said that the decision to shift the TB & Chest Hospital from Erragadda to Vikarabad was one such decision taken by KCR in an autocratic manner.
Nagam asked condemned KCR's decision to construct a new Secretariat building. He asked whether high-rise buildings would ensure development of Hyderabad.
He alleged that the TRS government appeared focused on the construction of high-rise buildings as they fetched more kickbacks.
He also demanded a White Paper on the investments in Telangana. (INN)
