Yadagirigutta DCP Yadagiri today announced that they had identified former Congress MLA and Nalgonda District Congress Committee president Budidha Bikshamaiah Goud, his wife and son as culprits in a forgery case in which Goud and his family members had tried to grab 250 acres of government land with forged documents.
The DCP produced the three before media personnel after arresting them. He said that the police had filed cases against seven persons, including Goud. However, Goud, his wife Suvarna and son Praveen had obtained anticipatory bail.
He said that the police would file a petition urging the court concerned to scrap the bail of Goud and his family members as experts had proved that the signatures were forged.
The DCP made it clear that the police would arrest the remaining persons very soon.
