TDP leaders meet the Governor E S L Narasimhan over the Bayyaram Mines Issue, and demand that a steel plant be erected in Khammam

TDP Telangana Forum leaders, on Friday, met Governor E S L Narasimhan and sought his intervention in the Bayyaram mines issues.

Later speaking to reporters, Erraballi Dayakar Rao, Nama Nageswara Rao and Tummala Nageshwara Rao said that the party has demanded that a steel plant should be set up in Khammam.

"We have suggested this to the Governor, and he has responded positively," they said.

"We will wait and see for some time. If there is no action, we will launch a protest for the steel plant," they said. (INN)
